Magical birthday vibes!
Just celebrated my 45th here, and wow, Randy and Dana made it unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, their service was top-notch. The bartender from Trinidad gave us amazing drinks with a smile that lit up the night. Only bummer? A bit of a wait to check-in, but honestly, everything else was just so special.

The hotel had a lovely location and my room was clean and comfortable. However, service fell short, as housekeeping didn’t replenish essentials, and I encountered a lingering odor in the hallway. The late check-in was also frustrating, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience with room for improvement.

My family had an enjoyable stay at a recent event, highlighting the spacious banquet area that easily accommodated our needs. The dedicated staff ensured everything went smoothly, making our gathering memorable.
In my kids' opinion, it would be great to have more options for families at breakfast.

Comfortable stay with bright room amenities
Enjoyed a spacious King Room with a full kitchen and excellent views. Delmonico's provided a delightful dining experience. However, service at breakfast needs improvement. Pro tip, reserve a table early to avoid the rush and ensure a smooth meal to start your day!

The updated facility offers convenient parking and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff's outstanding accommodations enhanced the experience, although breakfast at $21 per person seemed excessive given the room cost. Overall, the location provided easy access to local attractions, which was a significant plus.

Family Friendly with Some Issues
I stayed with family and after a long trip, the check-in was quick and made things easy to get settled in. We enjoyed the refreshing pool, where the kids had a blast after a stressful drive. I felt like I could turn the clock back for a moment, seeing them laugh and splash. It was a nice escape, something we needed after that trip with two disabled family members.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly with the added parking fees, but still acceptable.

The lobby was stunning! My room was spotlessly clean and felt like a little oasis after a long day. Shoutout to Ms. Jackie at reception for being a gem!
But honestly, those elevators had me feeling like I was stuck in a slow-motion action movie. I was half expecting to see a dramatic rescue!
